All our products are subject to 2-year guarantee excluding sources of power supply such as AA/R6 battery-packs in case of which the guarantee period we offer is 1 year long as of the date of purchase. In those periods we guarantee fault-free operation in compliance with the intended use and observing the attached operation manual. Should any problems or questions related to proper operation occur please call us or written an e-mail. Defects resulting from incorrect handling or the so-called mechanical damages not covered by the guarantee will be removed against payment upon previous arrangement of all conditions with our technicians
Repairs under guarantee period will be performed in Door to Door system through our support team within 14 working days as of the day the item is delivered to us. If the above term is not met, the article will be exchanged with a new product.
