WT-300N R/T Tomix

The WT-300N is currently the latest project based on the WT-300 model by Okayo, branded by our company Tomix. A modern, elegant casing has been structurally strengthened to protect the LCD against mechanical damage. The face glass panel with our logo is now glued along the entire perimeter, which, together with an internal, additional rubber gasket, protects the display against flooding with precipitation and pollution. Also for this purpose, as well as the appearance of the entire receiver, assembly bolt holes have been blanked with rubber plugs (photo). The use of high-quality, carefully selected materials and elements significantly increased the quality of the product, which, together with the previously mentioned design changes and a long service life on one power supply, make it unrivalled in the market of Tour Guide devices. Easy to use, has also a LCD display with all the information necessary for correct operation. After activating the WT-300N and selecting a relevant channel number, they are automatically blocked in order to be protected against uncontrolled change during operation. The transmitter WT-300T has an additional, built-in microphone to be used when an external microphone is not connected A LED diode in the upper side of the receiver signals correct communication and low battery level. The devices require a power supply via 2 AA (R6) single-use batteries or with nickel-hydride AA (R6) rechargeable batteries, which enables continuous operation of approx. 30 hours. They can be charged by a portable case-charger HDC-712 for 12 pcs, HDC-300 for 24 pcs, HDC-736 for 36 pcs of transmitter-receiver devices or a stationary drawer charger HDC-50 for 50 devices. The WT-300NR receiver has an automatic switch-off function, which is designed to protect the power sources against discharging in the “rest” mode and is activated after 20 minutes from switching off the transmitter. It is possible to block this option as well as the channel change lock option.

The WT-300NR/T devices are compatible with the WT-300R/T and WT-500R/T devices by Okayo and may be used additionally or alternatively. It applies to both, the receivers and the transmitters.
